Prakash Shah
Founder
Prakash now works with small, high growth businesses, taking them from pre-seed through to series A and B rounds of funding, usually as CFO or COO. He also works closely with the businesses, venture capital investors in London, New York and worldwide, as well as with high net worth investors. He has a great understanding of financial processes in a high growth world, financial modelling, R&D reclaims, legal understanding, fundraising and knowledge of data analytics and reporting. Prakash is a qualified accountant, with years of financial experience with blue chip names such as Deloitte, Nomura, Barclays, M&G, UBS and JP Morgan. He has worked as an analyst and portfolio manager in long only and hedge fund businesses, is a committed Leicester City fan, runner, scuba diver, snowboarder, keen cyclist and super proud dad.
Prakash was analogue by birth and is now digital by design.
